TENNIS COURTS 3&4 RENOVATION PROJECT - SITE WORK This project consists of rehabilitation work at Mt. Lebanons Tennis Center, courts 3 and 4, including but not limited to: installation of ACO Polymer catch basin, trench drain, and storm sewer installation; water line installation with necessary fittings; grade beam adjustment; concrete sidewalk; as well as all necessary site preparation; waterline installation; erosion and sedimentation controls; site protection; and site restoration, complete in place. Proposals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked on the outside with the appropriate wording TENNIS COURTS 3&4 RENOVATION PROJECT - SITE WORK. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidders Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Municipality of Mt. Lebanon in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement within 15 days after Notice of the Award of the Contract. The Commission of Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all bids. If more time is necessary for the ascertainment of the lowest responsible bidder, the Commission of Mt. Lebanon reserves the right to award the contract at a later date, but not exceeding sixty (60) days from the date bids were submitted, and such date will be publicly announced immediately after the bids are opened.
