Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winnebago, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
PROJECT: Work consists of the construction of a new parking lot and associated fencing/stormwater detention as described in the Construction Drawings dated 12-16-2024. Any Requests for Information (RFI) shall be submitted via email to Zach Enderle, Vice President, 1919 Architects, P.C. (zach @1919architects.com) no later than 5:00 p.m. local time on January 15, 2025. BID BOND: Bid Bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount of not less than 5% of the base bid shall be submitted with each bid. Failure to submit an acceptable bid bond with the bid will result in the rejection of the bid. PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE: The successful bidder shall be required to provide a Performance Bond in the sum equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the amount of the bid, with sureties to be approved by Winnebago CUSD #323. Bids will be held good and may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of opening without the written consent of the Owner. All MBE/ DBE/WBE Contractors, Subcontractors and Suppliers are encouraged to participate on Owner projects. WINNEBAGO CUSD #323 RIGHTS: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities and/or reject any or all bids when, in the Owner's opinion, such action will serve the best interest of the Owner. The Owner also reserves the right to cancel the bidding process before bid envelopes are opened.
