Site work and paving for a civil project in Columbia, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project will include the following described construction: The furnishing and installation of approximately 405 linear feet of new 24-inch force main, air release valves, bores, roadway repairs, and all other equipment and work required as shown on Contract Drawings and/or called out in the Project Specifications for which no other specific unit price or lump sum items has been established in the Bid Proposal. The successful bidder shall be required to fully complete all work within 150 consecutive calendar days from and including the date to start work established in a written order from the City of Columbia, Tennessee. The City of Columbia, Tennessee reserves the right to reject any Proposal for failure to comply with all requirements of the notice or of any of the Contract Documents; however, it may waive any minor defects or informalities at its discretion. The City of Columbia, Tennessee further reserves the right to reject all Proposals. Question Deadline 01/25/2025 Questions regarding documents, discrepancies, omissions, or intent of the Specifications or Drawings shall be submitted in writing to the Owner through the Engineer at least 10 days prior to opening of bids to provide time for issuing and forwarding an addendum
