Plans call for the remodel of a Family & Consumer Science for the Williamsville-Sherman CUSD #15. As of January 9th, 2025, a general contractor has not been awarded. A firm construction timeline has not yet been released. The 2,272 square feet Family and Consumer Science (FCS) Classroom is located in the High School and requires access to the adjacent mechanical room, the mechanical room above and the Kitchen corridor behind the classroom. The remodeling project includes replacing casework, flooring, ceiling and light fixtures along with utilities to the new cooking appliances to be furnished by the Owner. Some concrete saw cutting will be required for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing improvements, including increased exhaust ventilation, a new electrical panel and gas piping *Project information, including timeline and contacts, has been obtained through public sources.
