HUD Healthy Homes Construction Services The Bidder must possess a current and valid B-General Building Contractor License issued by the California State License Board. Jackie Reyes al telefono (626) 586-1789 o correo electronico a jackie.reyes@lacda.org.In submitting a quote, each contractor thereby agrees, that if awarded a contract, they shall execute a standard LACDA contract and forms, a sample of which is attached as Appendix A - Sample Contract to this Request for Quotes. The Work to be performed under this Construction Contract shall be commenced within ten (10) days after a Notice to Proceed is received by the Contractor, or on the date specified in the Notice, whichever is later, and shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days following the required commencement date. The LACDA reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. This RFQ is not a contract or commitment of any kind. The LACDA is not liable for costs incurred in the preparation of the quotes submitted by contractors. It reserves the right to issue supplementary information or guidelines related to this RFQ. Notwithstanding any other provisions herein, the LACDA reserves the right in its sole discretion to waive minor technical deficiencies in the quotes.
