As of April 25, 2025, construction is underway and completion by June 30, 2025. Joeris is the Construction Manager for the SWISD Legacy High School Addition. We are soliciting your help with our 100% CD GMP for Package 1 of this project. THIS ROUND IS FOR AWARD FOR PACKAGE 1 ONLY. If you are NOT able to assist, we ask that you please let us know as soon as possible so that we can find other trade partners as a substitute. There will be a pre-bid meeting held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 @ 2:00PM at the Joeris San Antonio Office Large Training Room. Please let reception know you are here for a pre-bid conference when you arrive. See below for address to the pre-bid conference: Address: 823 Arion Pkwy, San Antonio, TX 78216 Project Description: Package 1 will consist of all site related work for this project. THIS ITB IS RELATED TO PACKAGE 1 ONLY. Scope of Work to include: Earthwork & site demo, erosion control, landscape & irrigation, and utilities.
