SCOPE OF WORK Region 4 Education Service Center ("Region 4 ESC") requests qualifications statements from qualified Offerors with the intent to enter into a Contract for Architects and Engineers. Region 4 ESC is seeking a provider that has the depth, breadth and quality of resources necessary to complete all phases of the Contract. Awarded Offeror(s) shall deliver products and services under the terms of this agreement. While this solicitation specifically covers construction-related architectural and engineering services, each awarded Offeror may offer their complete product and service offering or balance of the line. Region 4 ESC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all balance of line items offered. Region 4 ESC is an education service center established by the Texas Legislature in 1967 to assist school districts and charter schools in improving efficiencies. Region 4 serves a seven-county area comprised of 47 public school districts and 40 open-enrollment charter schools, representing more than 1.2 million students, 105,000 educators and 1,500 campuses. Region 4 Education Service Center seeks to secure qualified Architects and Engineers through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process to provide professional services for several defined projects. Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted electronically These projects include: the design and renovation of administrative office spaces to optimize functionality and workflow; the design and construction of a new tilt-wall facility intended for the production and/or storage of printed materials; and the renovation of an existing printing center located within our administrative building to enhance its operational efficiency and capacity. The selected firms will also provide consultation and expert guidance during the planning phases to ensure the project scope is fully aligned with operational needs, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
