Site work for a water / sewer project in Linwood, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of 2/7/25, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded 2/12/25. The work consists of lining approximately 7,210 linear feet of vitrified clay pipe sanitary sewer mains. The work islocated within City of Linwood. The work shall be completed within ninety (90) days of the Notice to Proceed orsubject to liquidated damages of $500.00 per day.No bid will be received unless in writing on the forms furnished, and unless accompanied by bid security in theform of a bid bond or certified check made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to 10% of the amount ofthe total bid, provided that the said security need not be more than $20,000 nor less than $500.00 and bedelivered at the place on or before the hour named above. Any request for interpretations shall be made in writing, addressed to Mr. Vincent Polistina, PE, Polistina & Associates, 6684 Washington Avenue, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234, and, to be given consideration, must be received at least ten (10) days - excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays - prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
