OPERATIONS, MAINTENANCE AND BAGGAGE HANDLING CONTROLS FOR THE BAGGAGE HANDLING SYSTEMS (BHS) AND OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PASSENGER BOARDING BRIDGES (PBB) AND (OPTIONAL) OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE OF ESCALATORS Companies or Firms Capable of Providing the Required Services for Baggage Handling Systems (Bhs), and/or Passenger Boarding Bridges (Pbb), and/or Escalators. PHASE 1 Phase 1 of the Terminal Modernization Program will include the North Concourse gates with 6 PBBs, up to two (2) mobile boarding bridges, and partial BHS system including 1 make-up unit, two (2) baggage claim units, and the CBIS. Estimated commissioning date: May 2025. PHASE 2 Phase 2 will include the SouthConcourse gates and remaining PBBs, BHS, makeup unit, and one possible additional baggage claim unit. Estimated commissioning date:January 2027. Note: The terminal project contractor has contracted with Brock Solutions to provide controls for the BHS system for the first year of operation as part of the construction project. Companies submitting proposals forthe BHS portion of this RFP must demonstrate an ability to work with and/or contract with Brock Solutions. Companies or Firms Responding to This Request for Proposal (Rfp) Are Expected to Have Extensive, Recent, and Direct Experience in the Operation, Inspection, Troubleshooting, Maintenance, Service, Upkeep, Emergency and General Repairs of Airport Baggage Handling Systems and Bhs Controls, and/or Aircraft Passenger Boarding Bridges, and/or Experience in Escalator Operations and Maintenance.
