Question Deadline 02/04/2025 at 2:30 PM ET The work will be performed at the New Smyrna Beach Utilities (NSBU) Water Reclamation Facility (WRF), located at 3119 State Route 44, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168. NSBU's WRF is located west of I-95 and north of SR 44, behind Wal-Mart. The Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, demolition and installation of three (3) new mixers and generally described as: 1. Procurement of Aquaturbo mixers a. 2 - Aquaturbo 107-00050 MIX-GS 0550-030 Bridge Mounted Mixer 304 SS 7.5HP 31 RPM 230/460V 60Hz 3ph b. 1 - Aquaturbo 107-00060 MIX-GS 0750-30 Bridge Mounted Mixer 304 SS 10HP 33RPM 230/460V 60Hz 3ph 2. Demo of Existing 1st and 2nd Fermentation, and 1st Anoxic Mixers at NSBU WRF East Train a. Electronically disconnect, demolish, and dispose of three (3) existing mixers, including all associated components and accessories. b. Existing Concrete anchors to be cut flush with concrete and remain embedded. 3. Installation of three (3) New Aquaturbo mixers. a. Provide all labor, equipment, materials and ancillary services for the replacement of two (2) mixers in the fermentation zone and one (1) mixer in the anoxic zone of the east train. b. Drill & epoxy anchor new jack studs, as required. Provide lubricants and startup assistance as required.
