Reference number: 20041624 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-01-29 Université du Québec à Montréal is inviting tenders for the refurbishment of the Geotop cleanroom laboratories, located on the 7th floor of the President-Kennedy Pavilion (PK). The project consists of a major renovation of the cleanroom complex, including a complete reconfiguration of the premises, as well as modification and replacement of laboratory equipment, including laminar and chemical hoods. This reconfiguration requires the complete demolition of all architectural components (partitions, doors and frames, floor finishes, ceiling finishes, fixtures) and electromechanical components (complete overhaul of the sector's overhead network, modifications to plumbing, lighting, electricity, fire alarms) and fire protection.
