The City of Spokane Facilities Department, in partnership with the Spokane Police Department, is soliciting bids for the a new classroom building addition at the Spokane Police Academy located at 2302 N. Waterworks St, Spokane, WA 99212. Please note this project requires apprenticeship utilization - see bid for details. The City of Spokane will only accept bids from Prime/General Contractors for the complete scope of Work. Pre-Bid Meeting attendance is mandatory for Prime/General Contractors. Subcontractors are not required to attend. Clarification Deadline 6/9/2026 5:00 PM The City of Spokane Police Academy addition is a 3500 square foot addition to the existing academy building located at 2302 North Waterworks Street, Spokane, WA. The project consists of all disciplines: civil, landscape, architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical scope. The addition will provide new restrooms, offices, and training classrooms for the academy. All site access shall be coordinated through the Police Department in advance. The total construction period is expected to be eight months; from approximately July 2026 to February 2027.
