One classroom unit will be Type-A unit and the other will be a wet unit. The units will be attached to the existing modulars. 2 St. Lucy (11750 - 162 Avenue NW, Edmonton) will be receiving two (2) new modular classrooms from Modus. One classroom unit will be Type-A unit and the other will be Type-B unit. The units will be attached to existing Type-A units. 3 Archbishop O'Leary (8760 - 132 Avenue NW, Edmonton) will be receiving four (4) new modular classrooms from Modus. Two classroom units will be Type-A unit and the other two will be Type-B units. The units will be attached to existing modulars. 4 St. Catherine (10915 - 110 Street NW, Edmonton) will be receiving three (3) new modular classrooms from Modus. Two classroom units will be Type-A units and one unit will be a wet unit. The units will be standing alone units. 5 Archbishop McDonald (10810 - 142 Street NW, Edmonton) will be receiving four (4) new modular classrooms from Modus. Two classroom units will be Type-A units and the other two will be Type-B units. The units will be stand-alone units. 6 Annunciation (9325 - 165 Street NW, Edmonton) will be receiving three (3) new modular classrooms from Modus. Two classroom units will be Type-A units and the third unit will be Type-B. The units will be attached to existing modulars. 7 Good Shepherd (18111 - 57 Avenue NW, Edmonton) will be receiving two (2) new modular classrooms from Modus. One classroom unit will be Type-A units and the other unit will be wet unit. The units will be attached to existing modulars. TIMELINE: Project is in design. Tender and construction schedules may be confirmed by late 2025/early 2026.
