The work includes all the work indicated in the plans and specifications, but not limited to: 1. Partial demolition of certain partitions and ceilings. 2. Partial demolition of floor finishes. 3. Replacement of floor finishes. 4. Replacement of acoustic ceilings. 5. Addition of new gypsum partitions and new doors, frames and hardware. 6. Addition of various blowers in floor area. 7. Painting of new and affected gypsum finishes as per finish chart. 8. Dismantling and partial reconstruction of block masonry. 9. Fireproofing of new structural reinforcements installed upstairs. 10. Ragreage of all floors and partitions affected by electromechanical work. 11. Construction of vertical technical voids in shaft walls. 12. Local stripping of roofing system for installation of new roof frames and mechanical ventilation unit. 13. Re-sealing of roof frames and mechanical equipment bases. 14. Drilling in walls and floors for new mechanical equipment (per structure). 15. Firestop sealing required by all disciplines. Completion of phase 1 work: 80 working days. Early handover of project. Correction of deficiencies: 10 working days following early handover of project. Execution of phase 2 work: 70 working days. Acceptance of work with reservations. Correction of deficiencies: 10 working days following issue of certificate of acceptance of work with reservation.
