Renovation of a municipal facility in Oil City, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of February 4, 2025 the project has not been awarded yet. The timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project is for the installation of a Generator at the Cornplanter Township Building in Cornplanter Township. Scope of work to include: Design, Provision, installation and material and labor of the following work Install Generator Concrete Mounting Base Non-service rated transfer switch to feed existing panel All bidders must include a narrative detailing their experience in this field of work in general and a comprehensive description of the proposed generator installation and associated work. Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Cornplanter Township. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the construct shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. Cornplanter Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Pre-bid - N/A Question Deadline 01/24/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the.
