The City of Indianola is requesting proposals form qualified Consultants for engineering services in connection with proposed improvements at the Indianola Municipal Airport under the Federal Aviation Administration Airport Improvement Program. The proposed improvements consist of rehabilitation and improvements of runways, taxiways, apron, access roads, airport lighting, security fencing, drainage infrastructure, airport signage and navigational aids. The listed items of work will be accomplished over the course of several grant projects within five (5) years of the date the contract is signed by the consultant. The owner reserves the right to initiate additional procurement action for any of the services included in the initial procurement. The consultants fees will be negotiated for each individual contract. Interested Consultants should clearly present their qualifications and experience, with specific details regarding experience in airport development projects under Federal Aid Programs. A final award will be made to the responsible proposer whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the City of Indianola Airport. The City of Indianola will thereafter consider and act upon such proposals, and reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive any informalities therein.
