The Elections Canada Office Fit-Up Project at 30 Victoria Street involves multi-floor office renovations: GC Workplace partial fit-up of the 1st, 11th, 12th & 13th floors. The project consists of approximately 7,188 m²u of general-purpose office space and special purpose space, to accommodate approximately 977 employees at 30 Victoria Street, Gatineau QC. Built in 2013, 30 Victoria holds a LEED Canada Platinum Certification for Core ad Shell Development. 1st Floor-1740 m2 11th Floor-53m2 (11th Floor work is limited to one SPS Room) 12th Floor-2741m2 13th Floor-2654m2. TIMELINE: Contract for architectural services to complete final design and conduct construction surveillance is in place. Reference Number: 0000284831. Tender and construction timelines will be established according to the owner's internal scheduling. Further update in winter, 2025/2026.
