This Request for Quotations (the RFQ) is an invitation by Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies (CEA FRANCOachat) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Multiples Renovations at École Secondaire catholique Plantagenet, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the Deliverables). The Centre d'excellence en Approvisionnements FRANCOachat (CEA FRANCOachat) is a shared service organization providing procurement services for member school boards in the province of Ontario. This competitive procurement process is being completed on behalf of the following school board: Conseil Scolaire de District Catholique de l'Est Ontarien 875 County Rd 17, l'Orignal, ON, K0B 1K0 Hereinafter, the above-named school board is referred to as Board unless otherwise specified. This competitive procurement process (Process) is an invitation to obtain Quotations for the Multiples Renovations at École Secondaire catholique Plantagenet, located at 6150, Chemin de Comté 17, Plantagenet (ON) K0B 1L0. The standard form of contract will be a Stipulated Price contract in the form of a CCDC 2-2020 with Supplemental Conditions, in accordance with all Bid Documents and Terms and Conditions outlined herein (the Contract) will be applicable. PREQUALIFIED BIDDERS The Board has prequalified General Contractors from RFSQ #24-77. The prequalified Respondents will be invited from Category 2 - ($,1000,000 to $3,000,000). The Site Preparation may commence on or about May 26, 2025, provided that the work does not interfere with normal school operations and the Contractor's work plan is approved in advance by the Owner.
