Site work and new construction of a manufacturing facility in Berkeley Township, New Jersey. Working plans call civil work for an industrial development.
The project scope includes the new construction of a solid oxide electrolysis cell hydrogen production facility with a minimum 28 TPD capacity on the former site of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Power Plant. Scope details have not been released. The project is part of approximately 20 projects to build 7 regional clean hydrogen hubs across the nation. Each hub will involve a group of producers, users, distributors and stakeholders in the hydrogen industry. Scope details have not been released. The value presents the total project value. As of October 27, 2025, construction has not yet started on this project. A general contractor has been identified.
