Site work for a mixed-use development in Rexburg, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.
As of March 14, 2025, project was awarded to DL Beck Construction but awarded amount is not available. The project consists of grading and drainage improvements at the Madison County Transfer Station. The Contract Documents, consisting of half-size Drawings and a Project Manual, may be examined at the Clerk's Office (see address above). All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted in writing to and must be received by Travis Pyle, PE of Great West Engineering no later than 10:00 am local time on January 23, 2025. Questions received after this date will not be answered. Oral questions will only be accepted at the Pre-Bid conference. Written questions must be submitted by email to tpyle@greatwesteng.com. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to Madison County, Idaho, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful Bidders shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance, as required, shall be provided by the successful Bidder(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. Bids may only be withdrawn as provided in Section 16.02 of the Instructions to Bidders after the scheduled time for the public opening of bids. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid that is in the best interest of the Owner. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. $650,000 - $800.000
