Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Grandview, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Scope of Work The project will involve submitting engineered plans to construct a public restroom building ("Building") measuring approximately 24 feet by 10 feet. The Building must accommodate separate male and female restroom facilities, including: Female Side: Three stalls Male Side: One stall and two urinals Two sinks: Both hot and cold water on each side Slab Foundation: at least two-floor drains on each side Rough-in plumbing: This includes the installation of finish fixtures and a master shutoff valve for the building. Tie-In to City Sewer and Water within 50 feet of the structure Partition Walls inside the bathrooms as per plans R-panel roof with decorative trim and closures Metal Purlin Roof Framing Concrete Block Construction for the Building structure Painting of both interior and exterior walls of the concrete block Entry Doors per the approved plan or gate Electrical Work including: - 5 LED motion-detection lights inside the Building - 4 floodlights outside with motion detection ADA Compliance: Install ADA-compliant entrances, layout, grab bars in ADA stalls, soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers, toilet paper dispensers, and two changing tables (one on each side) Question Deadline 01/22/2025 Any questions or requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via EMAIL to CitySecretary@CityofGrandview.org at least five business days before the deadline.
