Renovation of a parking garage in Blenheim, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The project consists of building a converting an existing garage space into a new workspace for our agricultural team and field staff in the existing Learning Centre located at the C.M. Wilson Conservation Area. This tender consists of: 1. The conversion of the garage into a functional workspace for our agricultural team and field staff. 2. Within that room, converting one side to a work station including the plumbing and installation of sinks and dishwasher. 3. The modification to exterior walls to close in the garage door and adding windows and doorways. 4. The addition of an interior wall including electrical to allow for equipment to utilized and fridge/ freezers to be added to the space. 5. The addition of a HVAC and Emergency Lighting Date and Time Questions must be submitted by: January 24th, 2025 1:30 PM Initial Start Date of Project February 5th, 2025 Project Completion Date March 31st, 2025 Documents are available at https://bids.bidsandtenders.ca/
