Winnebago County is requesting sealed bids to provide all labor, equipment and materials to remove the existing Hangar 13 building. Summary Project Description: Remove existing Hangar 13 building to grade and removal and capping of all utilities. Also remove foundations, footings, and pavement, if Alternate #1 chosen.
