Reference number: 20041988 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-01-27 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 24 Value of the Tender guarantee (amount or percentage) 10% The Centre de services scolaires de la Capitale is requesting tenders to retain the services of a supplier to carry out the Pre-ordering of equipment for the addition of a ventilation system at Jean XXIII Elementary School at 3690 Rue Antonin-Marquis in Quebec City during the period from June 30 to September 12, 2025, more specifically in accordance with the schedule set out in Appendix 0.01.13 of the general conditions. Questions and requests for clarification regarding the tender documents must be sent at least two working days before the deadline for receipt of tenders by e-mail to Jean-François Bouchard at jf.bouchard@pluritec.qc.ca, with a copy to Marilyn Desbiens at marilyn.desbiens@cssc.gouv.qc.ca. All bids must be accompanied by a compliant bid bond representing 10% of the total amount of the bid, excluding all applicable taxes, valid for a period of 45 days from the bid opening date, failing which the bid will be automatically rejected. This bid bond must be presented on the mandatory form APPENDIX 4.01 A or APPENDIX 4.01 B of the bid form or in the form of a certified check or bank draft. It must be exchanged at the signing of the contract, if applicable, for a performance bond and a surety bond for guarantees, materials and services, again in accordance with the mandatory forms in the appendices to the General Conditions.
