The Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systems are applied to generate power and to offset utility costs in the Moss Park. The estimated annual power generation defined in the process system & upgrade initiative applications is 1,479 MWh for the 175 Shuter Street building, 1,126 MWh for the 285 Shuter Street building, and 1,302 MWh for the295 Shuter Street building. Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a Vendor for the operation and maintenance of the of Moss Park Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Systems Operations & Maintenance. TCHC will be awarding to the highest scored Proposal. This RFP Category of Work is categorized as Operations and Maintenance Services. TCHC's intention to enter into the form of Agreement based on that attached as Appendix B. The term is to be for a period of three (3) years Deadline for Questions Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at 4:00 PM ET Intent to Bid Due Date: Feb 12th 2025, 2:00 PM EST All inquiries are to be directed through electronically
