The Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT), Airports seeks the services of qualified general engineering firms to provide construction management services for Apron Light Replacement at Kahului Airport (OGG) and Lanai Airport (LNY), The project scope includes site preparation, demolition, and the replacement of existing highpressure sodium high-mast lighting systems that illuminate the commuter terminal aprons, parking lots, and access roads, at both OGG and LNY. These services are anticipated to be immediately required and will have a construction contract completion time of approximately three hundred sixty-five (365) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The contract will be a Lump Sum contract in accordance with HAR 3-122-136, with an overall contract time of performance of 2.5 years. To be considered in the selection process for this project, interested individuals or firms must be on HDOT’s Qualified Consultant List for fiscal year 2025.
