The Société des établissements de plein air du Québec (the "Sépaq") wishes to retain the services of a supplier interested in offering collection and disposal services for residual and recyclable materials (the "Services") for the Réserve faunique de Papineau-Labelle (the "Site"). The Services consist of collecting residual and recyclable materials in the containers provided for this purpose and identified in the Specifications in Appendix A. The Services also consist of taking charge of the disposal of these residual and recyclable materials. Container handling operations shall be performed in accordance with the terms and schedule set forth in the Specifications and in such a manner as to cause the least possible disruption to the operations of the Facility. The Supplier shall co-operate in this regard with the Plant's contact persons to ascertain the constraints, if any.
