Vendor is responsible to verify all quantities, measurements, direction of operation, hinging, voltages, and utility requirements based on specifications per campus Vendor is responsible for verifying all drawings are applicable per campus where drawings are necessary. Vendor to disassemble, remove, and dispose of existing equipment and dispose of properly according to city and county ordinances off campus property. Vendor to accept delivery, receive, uncrate, assemble, deliver, and set in place all equipment as per campus location specified. Vendor is responsible for all final connections including, but not limited to, leveling, sealing, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, fabrication of any kind for specified equipment. Vendor to schedule equipment start up on installations to verify in good working condition as designed by manufacturer. Vendor is responsible to clean and remove all trash and debris from removal and installation sites. Vendor must coordinate installation and communicate with School District and all other sub-contractors as required. Vendor must provide folder & spreadsheet containing manufacturer manual & warranty information for each piece of equipment per site. Vendor is responsible for any electrical/plumbing/ventilation/fabrication upgrades per site as needed. Vendor is responsible for any building modifications per site as needed. Vendor must schedule final equipment walkthrough with district personnel to ensure scope of work complete satisfaction Vendor must schedule operator training with manufacturer representative Last Date for Questions Tuesday, February 4, 2025 Proposals for the replacement of walk-in freezer/coolers at China Spring Middle School and Primary School.
