Reference Number 0000287333 Question Acceptance Deadline Feb 24, 2025 05:00 PM EST ESDC will be replacing the boardroom panel door and frame with an enclosed glass partition with a single swinging glass door on the 12th floor. This request will include installation of a drywall partition from floor to ceiling, carpet modification and installation of a framed glass door. Boardroom to be sound insulated as per tenant requirements. Library Square Tower concrete floor slabs are post tensioned and drilling into them has to be approved by a structural engineer. The structural engineer is required on site to investigate and assess the post tensioned concrete slab before any work can be done. Air balancing, fire/life safety, HVAC including heating and cooling to be assessed along with any electrical modifications required. This RFQ does not commit BGIS to select a Respondent as a selected Respondent or enter into a Contract with any Respondent and BGIS reserves the complete right at any time to reject all Quotations and to terminate this RFQ and the RFQ process associated therewith and proceed with the acquisition of the Deliverables in some other manner without any obligation or any reimbursement to any Respondent.
