Renovation of a municipal facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
ESDC will be replacing the boardroom panel door and frame with an enclosed glass partition with sliding door. This request will include installation of a drywall partition from floor to ceiling, carpet modification and installation of a framed glass door. Boardroom to be sound insulated as per tenant requirements. Library Square Tower concrete floor slabs are post tensioned and drilling into them has to be approved by a structural engineer. The structural engineer is required on site to investigate and assessed the post tensioned concrete slab before any work to be done. Air balancing, fire/life safety, HVAC including heating and cooling to be assessed along with any electrical modifications required.
