Site work for a mixed-use development in Dobbs Ferry, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; swimming pool; and water / sewer project.
Furnishing and/or installing of the following The scope of work includes the installation of new a new spray pad, including concrete pad, poured-in-place rubber surfacing, spray features, grading, drainage, utilities and lawn restoration. A bid bond, certified check or bank check in the amount of 5% of bid must accompany the bid proposal. The Village of Dobbs Ferry reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality in any Bid, and to award the Contract to other than the lowest Bidder if deemed in the best interest of the Village to do so. Federal funds are utilized on this project and are subject to all the applicable requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. All bidders are required to provide a 'Certification of Registration' from the New York State Department of Labor with their bid; failure to provide proof will disqualify a bidder.
