To provide one (1) new sewer pump for the Travis Primary Sewer Station. A bank check in the amount of not less than 5% ofthe amount Bid or a Bid bond shall accompany the Bid. Bidders submitting a bank check as Bid security shall also submit a certificate ofsurety from a licensed surety bond company. Bidders submitting a Bid bond are not required to submit a certificate ofsurety. The Town of Somers reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities, in its discretion, and to award the contract in a manner deemed to be in the best interests ofthe Town of Somers.
