The Beaverton Urban Redevelopment Agency (BURA) is seeking a qualified contractor to maintain and operate the Beaverton Central Garage. Services the Contractor is to provide include but are not limited to: daily parking operations; monthly parking and bicycle permit management; parking validation production, distribution and billing; equipment maintenance, service, and upkeep; customer service; daily maintenance, such as sweeping and refuse management; as needed maintenance such as graffiti clean-up and stairwell de-icing; and parking attendant services for events, as-needed. The Contractor will be the first point of contact with vendors for any regular or emergency maintenance needs. The Contractor will work in conjunction with separately contracted Garage security services and remote customer service representatives. BURA provides office space for the Contractor on the ground floor of the Garage (finished retail and shared spaces). BURA expects the Proposer selected for award of contract to start work on July 1, 2025 or as soon as a contract is signed thereafter.
