Ringgold Pool House Roof Installation Successful bidder will provide all materials and installation for this project. The location of City Hall is 150 Tennessee Street, Ringgold, GA. The City of Ringgold hereby solicits and requests sealed bids for installation of roof and material at Martha Denton Pool House, per design. Requirements: Upon award of contract, said contractor will be required to provide the following: Performance Bond or Letter of Credit Payment Bond or Letter of Credit Warranty Bond or Letter of Credit Certificate of Insurance for contractor and sub-contractor STANDARD WARRANTY ON ALL WORK: A. Contractor shall issue a two-year warranty against defects in installed materials and workmanship. B. No dollar limitation on any of the above warranties. This is an installation of HIP roof with standing seam finish roofing to match that of adjacent building (Patriot Hall), per design.
