The Town intends to work through an RFP process to identify the Proponent(s) available to provide operations, maintenance, and capital service requirements of its future Wastewater Treatment Plant and evaluate and assess the merits of potentially contracting a Proponent to deliver the services requirements of the Town. Section 2 of document describes the Facilities and lists the Description of Works. Proponents will be expected to adhere to any safety protocols prescribed by the Town at the time of the Site Meeting to address inherent risks associated with the Facilities. Proponents may be organized and scheduled into groups to adhere to gathering restrictions put in place by Alberta Heath Services. Each Proponent is limited to sending 2 representatives and must confirm its availability to attend the Pre-tour briefing and following Mandatory Site Meeting beginning at either 9:00AM or 1:00PM. Failure to attend the site visit or provide the confirmation as required above may result in disqualification of any submitted proposal. Alternate Dates may be requested.
