Project 2 - EEC Saint-Francois-d'Assise, 58 Empress Ave, Welland, ON, L3B 1K9. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals (RFP) for design to prequalified architects only has been issued by the owner. RFP has been terminated. Coverage of this report has been discontinued. Project 1 - EEC Sainte-Marie - Estimated Construction budget - 1 million. Project 2 - EEC Saint-Francois-d'Assise - Estimated construction budget -1.5 million.
