DuPage County Community Services ("DCCS") Department - Weatherization Program is seeking qualified firms for engineering to furnish on an "as needed" basis energy audit reports, work order specifications, and assessments of renewal energy potential for the purposes of retrofitting multi-family buildings. Weatherization shall include all energy conservation measures as allowed by the Illinois Home Weatherization Assistance Program. Project sizes range from one or more buildings with five (5) or more units per building with an emphasis on HVAC systems and boiler retrofits, building enclosure and electric baseload improvements. Engineering consultant firm shall provide strategic and engineering support for planned engineering projects to improve energy efficiency, sustainability, and revitalization of its housing portfolio. Failure to Abide by This Requirement May Result in Disqualification of Proposal.
