sealed bids, in DUPLICATE, are sought and requested by the Horseheads Central School District (hereinafter called "Owner"), for the construction of the following Project: Ridge Road Elementary Additions and Alterations Bids are requested for multiple prime contracts for Roofing Work, General Trades Work, HVAC Work, Electrical Work, Plumbing Work, Food Service Work, and Theatrical Work, in accordance with Drawings, Project Manual, and other Bidding and Contract Documents prepared by Hunt Engineers, Architects, Land Surveyors & Landscape Architect, DPC 100 Hunt Center, Airport Corporate Park, Horseheads, NY 14845.
