Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oregon, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Oregon Park District does hereby invite sealed bids for Park East Phase One Final Design. Work will include site preparation, construction fencing, temporary soil erosion sediment control measures, site re-movals and clearing, earthwork, excavation, and grading, stormwater utilities, electrical service utilities and lighting, cast-in-place concrete foundations and footings, playground equipment on engineered wood fiber surfacing, site furnishings, asphalt paving (pedestrian and vehicular), asphalt patching, color coat and striping, concrete paving, coated chain link fencing and gates, chain-link backstop, trees, shrubs, low plant material, native seeding, native plugs, and turf seeding. Bids will be accepted at the Oregon Park District, 304 S. 5th Street, Oregon, Illinois 61061 during regular office hours. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the Contractor's name and ad-dress, and "Bid for Park East Phase One Final Design," on the face of the envelope. All bidders will be required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable to the Oregon Park District. The Oregon Park District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, parts of any and all proposals, or to waive technical errors or omissions in submitted proposals. No submitted bid may be withdrawn until a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date, without written consent of the Oregon Park District. The Oregon Park District encourages minority business firms to submit bids on this project and the successful contract bidder to utilize minority businesses as sub-contractors for supplies, equipment, services, and construction.
