Site work for a municipal facility in Saint Clair, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The intent of the contract is to provide for the successful performance and completion of the work. The Contractor must perform the work as specified in the contract. Work is more particularly described as 6,000 tons of shoulder gravel placement at various locations. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond on a solvent bank in the State of Michigan payable to the St. Clair County Road Commission or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid as guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive irregularities in any bid and make award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the County Q & A Deadline 01/28/2025 10:00 AM EST
