Site work for a water / sewer project in Celina, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of a pump station with an initial capacity of 25-MGD firm. The pump station is master planned for a total capacity of 75-MGD. Owner is pre-procuring the switchboards and is under contract with the supplier. This contract will be transferred to the awarded contractor. Pump and electrical equipment will be housed in a single building. Additional rooms for other uses will include a SCADA control room, IT closet, restroom, and storage. A separate building is provided for the chemical feed system. The project includes the installation of one generator for backup power for the pump station. The project includes one 8-MG precast concrete ground storage tank. The site is master planned for 2 additional 8-MG tanks. As of September 23, 2025, a contractor has been selected. Further details regarding firm construction and completion timelines have not been released.
