Construction Shall Begin on or About 26 June 2025 and Shall Be Substantially Completed on or Before 22 August 2025. The Board of Education Shall Publicly Receive the Bids and Thereupon Immediately Proceed to Unseal Them and Publicly Announce the Contents, Which Announcement Shall Be Made in the Presence of Any Parties Bidding or Their Agents Who Are Then and There Present. Bidders Must Be Pre-qualified by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury, Department of Property and Management Construction, Prior to the Date That Bids Are Received. Bids Must Be Made Upon Specification Section 002000, Form of Bid and Shall Include a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or by Bid Bond Drawn to the Order of the Lindenwold Board of Education in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Base Bid, Including Alternates ,but in No Case in Excess of $20,000.00.
