Approx. 7,130 LF of 24-inch through 5'x 3' storm sewer and all appurtenances 4. Approx. 6,505 LF 8-inch through 20-inch Non-Potable water line and all appurtenances 5. Approx. 8,085 LF 12-inch through 16-inch water well collection line and all appurtenances 6. Approx. 785 LF of Earthen Swale Excavation 7. Approx. 320 SY of 6-inch Subgrade Preparation 8. Approx. 25,895 SY of 8-inch Subgrade Preparation; 9. Approx. 23,235 SY of 7-inch Reinforced Concrete Pavement; 10. Approx. 935 SY of 7-inch Reinforced Concrete Pavement with "Holland Stone" Interlocking Pavers; ETC. 11. Approx. 305 SY of 6-inch Reinforced Concrete Pavement. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond and a maintenance bond as provided for in the bid documents, for the full amount of the contract.
