Renovation of a municipal facility in Frankfort, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Finance & Administration Cabinet, Division of Engineering & Contract Administration (DECA) is seeking professional architectural design services for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) for Structural and Aesthetical Repair Work on Interior & Exterior of the Whitehaven Rest Area. The State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) of Kentucky will be involved in this Project. It is the intent of KYTC to obtain 100% FHWA Funding. KYTC will perform/compile necessary work/paperwork to obtain Federal Funding through Design and Construction Phases.
