Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Reno, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; for paving for a residential development; road / highway; road / highway; road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The Reno-Sparks Indian Colony, in accordance with Tribal procedures, will receive Sealed RFPs from architectural and engineering firms to provide construction services for the Hungry Valley Subdivision Improvement Project - Phase 1, consisting of construction of a 25 unit subdivision including sewer collection, water distribution, storm drain collection, gas distribution, and electrical/telecommunication systems, asphalt concrete roadway infrastructure, PCC improvements, landscaping improvements, traffic control, and mass grading operations.. The selected individual or firm will work directly with the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony, Housing Department as a private contractor/consultant. Four (4) copies of the RFP shall be submitted by the deadline listed above. Indian-owned businesses will be given preference as per 24 CFR 1000.48-1000.52 / 24 CFR 1003.510 Indian Owned, minority-owned, or women-owned business participation is encouraged. The Reno-Sparks Indian Colony (RSIC) reserves the right to accept or refuse any and or all proposals.
