Design, fabricate and install a secondary school addition which would be built using prefabricated construction under a Progressive Design-Build agreement. The subject site is approximately rectangular in shape and is bounded by developed residential properties to the west and north, by 107th Avenue to the south, and by 90th Street to the east. The site comprises an approximate area of 64,993 m2. TIMELINE: Request for proposal from architect to prepare and submit proposals to design, fabricate and install a secondary school, is closed. Preferred proponent is unreleased. The Phase Two Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, submitting building permit applications, finalizing construction documents, site preparation, fabrication of Modular units, delivery, site assembly, all connections as required and all other fabrication and site execution requirements to complete the scope of work. Further update in late summer 2025, upon approvals. *The district has identified a Design-Build Price Ceiling of $640,000 for the nominal Design-Build (Phase One) Price of the Proposal.
