Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Battleford, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit qualified contractors for base building work to address barrier-free accessibility deficiencies and perform a base building refresh at the Leased Premises. The work includes installation of concrete walkways, automatic door openers, accessible washroom modifications, tactile signage, and the replacement of window coverings, painting, and carpet. All work must comply with CAN/CSA B-651-2018 Barrier-Free Design Standards and be completed in accordance with the Lessee's satisfaction and schedule, with all tasks to be performed professionally and coordinated with the Lessee's Property & Facility Manager.
