The work shall be completed on or before 08/01/2025 from the Notice to Proceed and in general the Project includes: renovations to the existing bathrooms to create gender inclusive bathrooms, as well as renovations to the existing laundry room. Electrical work, Fire Protection Sprinkler Systems, HVAC, Plumbing, Tile UMA25-19 Wheeler, Gender Inclusive Bathrooms RL. The project consists of renovations to the existing bathrooms to create gender inclusive bathrooms, as well as renovations to the existing laundry room. Estimated Cost $490,000.00. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
