Site work and paving for a civil project in Odessa, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Description of the Work: Project includes new 60-inch and 30-inch pipelines between existing CRMWD lift stations and a new tie-in at the City of Odessa's Water Treatment Plant (WTP). Pipeline work includes tie-ins on existing CRMWD's pipelines, lift station #1, new flow meter and vault, pressure reducing valve and vault and a TxDOT bore at State Highway 191 (42nd Street). Pavement repair and various pipeline abandonment/removal are required. Twin Odessa Reservoir modifications are also included which consist of excavation of the center embankment and construction of an overflow weir between the two reservoir cells. Also required are miscellaneous structural repairs to the concrete surfaces of the overflow spillways and the reservoir lining in both reservoir cells.
