Portola Resident Post office – Snow and Ice Removal Services Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Portola Resident Post, the services described herein: furnish supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Snow Removal services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License Requirement: Local city or county business license as well as a valid Class B California Driver's License. 2. The services shall be performed at: CHP Portola Resident Post 76506 West Meadow Way Portola, CA 96122 3. The services shall be provided during: A. Service shall be furnished seven (7) days a week during snowy weather. Plowing will be performed during early morning hours when possible. C. Contractor shall be available to the CHP on-site contact person twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, in the event of an emergency. Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) Participation Requirements California Law requires Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation; however, the DVBE participation requirement has been waived by CHP for this solicitation.
